Am I the only one who is mega excited for March?

March Goals:
Weight:
Get to 115lbs.
Don’t weigh other than Saturdays and occasionaly Wednesdays.
Don’t have a gain, at all.
Food:
Track all food on Lose It!
Don’t have soda, period.
Drink only water and tea.
Get 8 cups + of water a day.
Exercise:
Exercise at least 30 minutes almost everyday.
Never have two days off in a row.
Exercise at least 5 days a week.
Other:
Get all good...
Anonymous asked: Yeah, basically for my disease you can't have sugar, flour or fatty/fried foods. I dropped the 20 in less than 2 months and keep loosing. Honestly, it's the best diet/most healthy for your body!! :)

It was only a year and half ago we went on bike rides together. ^-^
