I don’t have a specific diet, I just eat healthily, 3 meals with a fair few snacks (because I don’t have really high calorie meals).
I’ve recently changed from having 3 meals, 3 snacks to more snacks due to having an overall intake of around 1100 calories.
I aim for 1400-1600 calories.
Example meals would be beans on toast for breakfast, homemade soup and two wholemeal bread for lunch and a cooked dinner (like a sunday dinner).
My snacks are nearly all fruit apart from sometimes just other foods that are under 100 calories usually. :)
So basically, eating well.
